Abstract

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan analisis uji unjuk kerja alat Helium Leak Detector berdasarkan hasil analisis pengujian Standar Leak Tes TL8. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data hasil uji pengujian dengan standar laju uji kebocoran 2,80 x 10-8 mbar l/s. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 7 kali pengulangan. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh rata-rata perhitungan sebesar 2,76 x 10-8 mbar l/s dengan standar deviasi sebesar 9,00 x 10-11 mbar l/s. Rata rata hasil pengujian masih dalam keberterimaan standar kebocoran antara 2,38 x 10-8 mbar l/s sampai batas atas 3,22 x 10-8 mbar l/s.. Presisi hasil pengujian memenuhi kriteria acceptance limit yaitu data berada pada rentang rata-rata ± 1 σ atau berada diantara 2,75 x 10-8 mbar l/s dan 2,77 x 10-8 mbar l/s. Kata kunci : Helium Leak Detector, Calibrator Leak TL8, Presisi, Akurasi. ABSTRAC An analysis of performance of leakage detector machine had been done based on Leak detector TL8 standard. The analysis is conducted using accumulated data from leakage detector using leakage rate of 2.80 x 10-8 mbar l/s. The detector is replicated seven times, which resulted an average of 2.76 x 10-8 and deviation standard of 9,00 x 10-11 mbar l/s. The result average is within acceptable standard of leakage, ranging from 2.38 x 10-8 mbar l/s to 3.22 x 10-8 mbar l/s. The precision of leakage detector result fulfilled criteria of acceptance limit, which stated the data should be in the range of average ± 1 σ, or between 2,75 x 10-8 mbar l/s and 2,77 x 10-8 mbar l/s.
