Abstract

ABSTRAK EVALUASI KINERJA SISTEM AKUISISI DATA NI-9213 MELALUI KETIDAKPASTIAN PENGUKURAN TEMPERATUR . Untai FASSIP-01 digunakan untuk simulasi sistem keselamatan PLTN. Sistem keselamatan FASSIP-01 diadopsi dari Advanced Light Water Reactors (ALWRs) dimana sistem tersebut memanfaatkan gravitasi dan sirkulasi alami. Pada sistem FASSIP-01 perlu dilakukan pemantauan beberapa parameter pada fenomena sirkulasi alamiah, antara lain pemantauan terhadap temperatur akibat adanya proses pemanasandan pendinginan yang terjadi pada sistem. Karena itu diperlukan alat ukur yang baik yang dapat memberikan informasi pengukuran yang akurat. Pada penelitian ini digunakan alat ukur temperatur berupa sensor termokopel tipe K. Alat ukur terkoneksi ke sistem akuisisi data dan dibaca melalui layar komputer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memantau kinerja alat ukur sistem akuisisi data NI-9213 melalui pengukuran ketidakpastian pengukuran temperatur pada Untai FASSIP-01. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimen, dimana nilai-nilai hasil pengukuran diperoleh dan diamati dari serangkaian perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada seluruh 16 kanal NI-9213 diperoleh ketidakpastian pengukuran rata-rata sebesar 0,014%. Hasil ini memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja sistem NI-9213 masih sangat baik karena memenuhi ketentuan Komite Akreditasi Nasional tentang batas kepercayaan untuk ketidakpastian yang diperluas sebesar 95,45% atau persentase kesalahan hingga 4,5%. ABSTRACT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM NI-9213 BASED ON TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY . Loop FASSIP-01 is used as a simulation tools for safety systems of nuclear power plants. FASSIP-01 safety systems adopted from the Advanced Light Water Reactors (ALWRs) where the system uses gravity and natural circulation. The monitoring several parameters in natural circulation of loop FASSIP-01 is necessary, such as temperature monitoring due to the heating and cooling process that occur in the system. Therefore it is necessary to have a good performance measurement tools that can provide accurate information. In this study, K-type thermocouples sensor are used for temperature measurement. Thermocouples are connected to the data acquisition system and the data that can be read on computer screen. The purpose of this study is to monitor the performance of the measuring instrument data acquisition system NI-9213 through the uncertainty in the temperature measurement of FASSIP-01. The study was conducted using the experimental method, in which the values of measurement results obtained and observed from a series of treatments. The results show that in all 16 channels, the NI-9213 earned an average measurement uncertainty of 0.014%. These results show that the system performance of NI-9213 is very good. It meets the provisions of the National Accreditation Committee of the confidence limits for the uncertainty which expanded by 95.45% or the percentage of error of 4.5%.
