Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN PAKET PROGRAM KOMPUTER PEMANTAUAN RADIASI GAMA DI SEKITAR FASILITAS NUKLIR. Paket program komputer untuk pemantauan radiasi gama di sekitar fasilitas nuklir telah dikembangkan sehingga dapat dicangkokkan pada portable gama analyzer yang tersedia secara komersial. Tahap paling penting daTi kegiatan pada tahun pertama telah berhasil dilewati; yaitu bahwa paket program telah dicoba dan berhasil mentransfer file data (distribusi tinggi pulsa) daTi luaran spektrometer MicroNOMAD (produk ORTEC) kemudian mengolahnya menjadi data besaran dosimetri dan fisika. Paket program ini diberi nama GABATAN (Gamma Analyzer of Batan) dan NAGABAT (Natural Gamma Analyzer of Batan). Program GABATAN dapat digunakan di berbagai fasilitas nuklir untuk menganalisis medan foton gama sampai energi 9 MeV. Sedangkan program NAGABA T digunakan untuk menganalisis sumbangan foton gama alam terhadap laju paparan di suatu lokasi. ABSTRACT DEVELOPMENT OF mE COMPUTER CODE TO MONITOR GAMMA RADIATION IN THE NUCLEAR FACILITY INVIRONTMENT. Computer codes for ganuna radiation monitoring in the vicinity of nuclear facility which have been developed could be introduced to the conunercial portable gamaa nalyzer.T he crucial stageo f the first year activity was succeededt;h at is the codesh ave beent ested to transferd ataf ile (pulse high distribution)f rom MicroNOMAD ganunas pectromete(rO RTEC product) and to convert them into dosemetry and physics quantities. Those computer codes are called as GABATAN (Gamma Analyzer of Batan) and NAGABAT (Natural Gamma Analyzer of Batan). GABATAN code can isable to used at various nuclear facilities for analyzing gamma field up to 9 MeV, while NAGABA T could be used for analyzing the contribution of natural gamma rays to the exposure rate in the certain location.
