Abstract

ABSTRAK RANCANGAN INSTALASI PENCUPLIK DAN PENDETEKSI GAS KAPSUL CYRANO. Dalam rangka melengkapi sistem keselamatan fasilitas uji bahan bakar reaktor daya (kapsul cyrano) yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan personil operator dan peralatan di sekitar panel operasi di ruang R 0721 gedung reaktor, telah dilakukan perancangan instalasi pencuplik dan pendeteksi gas tekan fasilitas uji tersebut. Instalasi pencuplik dan pendeteksi gas tekan fasilitas uji bahan bakar kapsul cyrano ini merupakan sistem bantu fasilitas kapsul cyrano tersebut. Dengan instalasi yang direncanakan keadaan gas tekan di atas cairan NaK dapat diketahui. Rancangan yang diajukan menggunakan pipa kecil (small tube) dari bahanbajatahankarat(SS304), dengah panjang 7500 mm. diameter luar 3.175 mm (1/8 inchi) dan tebal1,25 mm (0,049inchi), sebagai sarana pengangkutan gas tekan. ABSTRACT DESIGN OF GAS SAMPLING AND DETECTION OF CYRANO CAPSULE. Based on the requirement of safety system of the fuel pin irradiation rig (Cyrano capsule) and to assure operator personnel and equipment safety on surrounding area of the cyrano capsule operation panel in reactor building, an installation design of gas sampling and detected has been done. The installation of gas sampling and analysis of cyrano capsule is an auxiliary system of the cyrano capsule mentioned above. By the designed installation. the condition of gas pressure on the NaK liquid. can be detected. The proposed design incorporates made of seamless small tube of stainless steel 304 material with 7500 mm length, 3.175 mm diameter and 1,25 mm thickness. and it will be used for gas transportation.
