Abstract

EVALUASI PARAMETER NISBAH NEUTRON TERMAL TERHADAP EPITERMAL f DAN PARAMETER  DI FASILITAS IRADIASI SISTEM RABIT RERAS RSG GA SIWABESSY. Telah dilakukan pengukuran parameter nisbah fluks neutron termal terhadap epitermal f di posisi fasilitas iradiasi sistem ‘rabbit’ RS-1 s/d RS-4 dan parameter  teras silisida reaktor RSG-GAS. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metoda aktivasi keping. Dalam penentuan parameter  dilakukan pencocokan persamaan pangkat (power) pada daerah energi epitermal terhadap spektrum neutron. Berdasarkan pencocokan tersebut dapat ditentukan parameter  sebesar 0,0267, 0,0255 dan -0,0346 masing-masing pada posisi sistem rabbit, IP2 dan CIP reaktor RSG-GAS. Besarnya nisbah fluks neutron termal terhadap fluks epitermal f di fasilitas iradiasi sistem rabbit RS-1 hingga RS-4 mendekati 40. ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF THERMAL TO EPITERMAL NEUTRON FLUX RATIO f AND  PARAMETER IN RABBIT SYSTEM IRRADIATION FASILITY OF RSG G.A. SIWABESSY REACTOR. Determination of neutron flux thermal to epithermal ratio f and parameter  has been done in irradiation facility of RSG G.A. Siwabessy reactor. Those parameters are needed to determine the concentration of an element in a sample using ko NAA method. Parameters f was measured using foil activation method and parameter was obtained from power function fitting at epithermal neutron spectrum. Based on the fitting method the parameter was determined of 0.0267, 0.0255 and -0.0346 at system rabbit, IP2 and CIP irradiation position. The neutron flux thermal to epithermal ratio f at all rabbit system is closed to 40.
