Abstract

PERHITUNGAN REAKTIVITAS Xe & Sm TERAS RSG-GAS BERBAHAN BAKAR U3Si2-Al KERAPATAN 5,2 gU/cc. Sebagai data dukung jika dilakukan konversi bahan bakar U3Si2-Al dengan tingkat muat yang lebih tinggi, maka telah dilakukan perhitungan beberapa parameter neutronik teras RSG-GAS. Salah satunya adalah reaktivitas xenon. Penelitian sebelumnya telah dilakukan perhitungan reaktivitas xenon teras RSG-GAS berbahan bakar U3Si2-Al tingkat muat ~ 4,8 gU/cc. Dalam makalah ini, dilakukan perhitungan reaktivitas xenon teras RSG-GAS berbahan bakar U3Si2-Al tingkat muat 5,2 gU/cc pada daya operasi reaktor 15 MW dan 30 MW. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan paket program XenSam. Hasil perhitungan reaktivitas xenon setimbang teras RSG-GAS berbahan bakar U3Si2-Al tingkat muat 5,2 gU/cc pada daya 15MW dan 30MW tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan yaitu 2,6090% dan 2,9139%, atau selisih 0,305%. Kenaikan daya operasi reaktor sangat berpengaruh terhadap reaktivitas puncak xenon setelah reaktor shut-down yaitu 5,3242% (15MW) dan 9,6433% (30MW), atau mengalami perbedaan 4,3191%. Pada daya yang sama kenaikan tingkat muat bahan bakar U3Si2-Al sangat berpengaruh terhadap semakin kecilnya reaktivitas puncak xenon setelah reaktor shut-down. Teras reaktor RSG-GAS berbahan bakar U3Si2-Al tingkat muat 5,2 gU/cc tidak memiliki waktu mati reaktor (dead time of reactor). Kata kunci : reaktivitas xenon, Xenon-135, Samarium-149, XenSam, U3Si2-Al 5,2 gU/cc ABSTRACT CALCULATION OF Xe & Sm POISONING REACTIVITY FOR RSG-GAS FUELLED WITH U3Si2-Al 5.2 gU/CC DENSITY. If The fuel of RSG-GAS will be converted to silicide fuel with hight density as support data then some neutronic parameter data was calculated. One important neutronic parameter of RSG-GAS fuelled U3Si2-Al with high density is value of xenon reactivity. In the research before, xenon reactivity of RSG-GAS fuelled U3Si2-Al ~4.80 gU/cc has been done. In this research, the calculation was performed for xenon reactivity of RSG-GAS fuelled U3Si2-Al 5.20 gU/cc density at the power level 15 MW and 30 MW using XenSam computer code. The calculation results showed that value of equilibrium xenon reactivity RSG-GAS fuelled U3Si2-Al 5.20 gU/cc density have not significant different that are about 2,6090% and 2.9139% or deviation about 0. 305%. Increasing in power ofreactor is very influence to peak of xenon reactivity after reactor shut-down, that are from 5,3242% (15MW) to 9,6433% or deviataion about 4.3191%.. In the same power level, increase of U3Si2-Al fuel density is very influence decrease to value peak of xenon reactivity. RSG-GAS core fuelled by U3Si2-Al with 5.20 gU/cc density that operated at the 15 MW and 30 MW power level have not dead time of reactor.
