Abstract

ABSTRAK PERKIRAAN SISA UMURPIPA SECONDARYSUPER HEATER (SSHO) PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA UAP.Telah dilakukan pengujian accelerated creep terhadap pipa Secondary Super Heater Outlet ( SSHO) dari pembangkit listrik tenaga uap yang telah beroperasi lebih dari 10 tahun. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode isostress, yaitu dengan tegangan sebesar 75 MPa dan variasi suhu dari 620 0 C sampai dengan 660 0 C. Selain pengujian creep dilakukan pula pengujian komposisi kimia dan kekerasan. Tujuan pengujian adalah untuk mengetahui ketahanan pipa terhadap beban kerja selama operasi, dan sekaligus memperkirakan sisa umurpipa tersebut. Dengan mempergunakan kurva Parameter Larson Miller (LMP) dan memperhitungkan temperatur operasi 541 0 C dan tekanan operasi 17, 400 kg/cm 2 SSHO maka sisa umur pipa diperkirakan sekitar 6,6 s/d 8,7 tahun. Komposisi kimia dari used tube masih memenuhi persyartan ASTM 01.01 sedangkan kekerasan used tube mengalami penurunan sebesar 19 % dibandingkan dengan persyaratan standar ASTM. ABSTRACT REMAINING LIFE ASSESSMENT FOR SUPERHEATER OUTLET TUBE(SSHO) STEAM GENERATOR POWER PLANT. Accelerated creep test on Super Heater Outlet Tube from Power Steam Generation had been performed which was operated more than 10 years. Testing was conducted using isostress technique (stress at 75 MPa and temperature varied from 620 0 C s/d 660 0 C). Chemical composition and hardness test on used tube was also been performed in order to investigate whether the chemical composition and hardness of SSHO tube was not change significantly. Using LMP curve ( Larson Miller Parameter Curve) and based on SSHO operationi.e temperature 5410C and pressure 17,400 kg/cm 2 , remaining life of the tube was estimated around 6,6 to 8,7 years. Chemical composition of used tube still fulfill the ASTM 01.01 requirement, while the hardness was decreased around 19 % than the ASTM standard requirement.
