Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS TRANSPORT PRODUK FISI DALAM KECELAKAAN PARAH REAKTOR DAYA TIPE BWR MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM THALES-2. Telah dilakukan analisis tranport produk fisi dalam kecelakaan parah reaktor daya tipe BWR menggunakan program THALES-2. Kecelakaan awal yang dipostulasikan adalah kecelakaan kehilangan air umpan diikuti gagalnya sistem pendinginan teras darurat. Program dijalankan dengan sekuensi kecelakaan selama 2000 menit. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pelepasan radionuklida ke sistem pendingin reaktor mulai terjadi pada waktu sekitar 43 menit setelah kecelakaan. Disamping itu juga terbentuk aersosol dari pelelehan material struktur dan batang kendali. Aerosol di dalam RCS cenderung berada pada steam dome . ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF FISSION PRODUCT TRANSPORT IN THE BOILING WATER REACTOR DURING SEVERE ACCIDENT CONDITION USING THALES-2 CODE. Analysis of fission product transport in the boiling water reactor under severe accident condition using THALES-2 code has been conducted. The postulated initiating event was loss of feed water accident followed by emergency core cooling system failed. Severe accident was analysed by executing the code during 2000 minute after the accident occured. This analysis showed that fission product release from fuel elemen to reactor cooling system accured at about 43 minute after accident. Structure and control rod material will be melted so that erosol generated. In the RCS transport, aerosol tend to located in steam dome.
