Abstract

ABSTRAK EVALUASI PENGAMBILAN PANAS PADA TERAS RSG-GAS UNTUK MENUNJANG OPERASI 30 MW. Analisis untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operasi RSG-GAS pada daya tinggi kondisi tunak dengan pendinginan konveksi perlu dilakukan. Evaluasi dilakukan pada sub kanal rerata dan sub kanal panas, berdasarkan data operasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh tingkat keselamatan operasi RSG-GAS setelah 30 tahun beroperasi ke data evaluasi pengambilan panas. Analisis dilakukan dengan berdasarkan pada data pengukuran laju alir dan temperatur pendingin masukan dan keluaran reaktor masing-masing pada saat operasi daya 30 MW. Perhitungan laju alir dilakukan dengan kode CAUDVAP, sedangkan perhitungan termohidrolika dilakukan dengan kode COOLOD-N2/RR dan PARET/ANL. Hasil evaluasi menujukkan bahwa hasil pengukuran dan perhitungan laju alir menunjukkan laju alir di elemen RSG-GAS lebih besar dari laju alir minimum 45,36 m3/jam. Hasil perhitungan untuk sub kanal panas menunjukkan bahwa temperatur maksimum tengah meat bahan bakar dan permukaan pelat masing-masing 23,31°C dan 23,01°C lebih rendah dibanding temperatur maksimum tengah meat bahan bakar dan permukaan pelat desain pada awal siklus. Adapun marjin keselamatan terhadap ketidakstabilan aliran sebesar 5,40 dan DNBR minimum sebesar 2,58. Masing-masing nilai tersebut lebih besar dibanding marjin keselamatan minimum dan DNBR minimum yang dipersyaratkan untuk daya nominal 30 MW. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi operasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih terdapat rentang marjin yang besar pada temperatur dan marjin keselamatan untuk RSG-GAS dapat beroperasi pada daya nominal dengan selamat. Kata kunci: Evaluasi operasi, RSG-GAS, CAUDVAP, COOLOD-N2/RR, PARET/ANL. ABSTRACT THE EVALUATION OF HEAT REMOVAL ON RSG-GAS CORE TO SUPPORT OPERATION OF 30 MW. An analysis to evaluate the operating performance of RSG-GAS at steady state and high power condition with forced convection cooling has been carried out. Evaluation was carried out for average sub-channels and heat sub-channels, based on operating data. The purpose of this study was that by the heat removal evaluation, it could be seen that RSG-GAS could be operated safely, after 30 years of operation. The analysis was carried out based on the flow rate and the inlet and outlet coolant temperature of measurement data at 30 MW reactor power operation. Calculation of flow rate distribution was done by using CAUDVAP code, while thermal-hydraulics calculations were carried out by using COOLOD-N2/RR and PARET/ANL codes. The evaluation results show that the flow rate measurement and calculation results show that the flow rate in the RSG-GAS fuel element is greater than the minimum flow rate of 45.36 m3/h. The calculation results for the hot sub channel show that the maximum temperature of center meat and plate surface were 23.31°C and 23.01°C, respectively, lower than the ones of design at the beginning of cycle. Whereas, the safety margin against excursive flow instability was 5.40 and the MDNBR was 2.58. The each value of safety margin against excursive flow instability and MDNBR were greater than the ones for design at nominal power of 30 MW. Based on the evaluation results, it could be concluded that there was enough margins on temperature and safety margin for RSG-GAS to be operated safely at nominal power.
