Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISA KETIDAKPASTIAN PROSES KALIBRASI LINEAR VARIABLE DIFFERENTIAL TRANSFORMER (LVDT) PADA PENGUJIAN CREEP MATERIAL PLTN. Pengujian creep untuk penelitian terkait integritas struktur material Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Nuklir (PLTN) memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Dari hasil pengujian creep dapat dihitung sisa umur komponen dan informasi terkait fenomena degradasi material tersebut akibat creep pada suhu tinggi. Faktor ketidakpastian dalam pengujian creep harus diperhitungkan dari setiap tahapan pengujian baik dari tahap persiapan sampai pengujian selesai agar hasil yang diperoleh memiliki keberterimaan yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor ketidakpastian dalam tahapan proses kalibrasi LVDT pada pengujian creep yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap nilai ketidakpastian hasil pengujian. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode analisa kuantitatif berdasarkan faktor koreksi alat. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh bahwa faktor ketidakpastian kalibrasi LVDT adalah perbandingan antara tegangan yang tercatat di data akuisisi dibandingkan dengan nilai sebenarnya pada drum kalibrator. Kata kunci: Analisa, Proses, Pengujian ABSTRACT UNCERTAINTY ANALYSIS OF CREEP TESTING PROCESS FOR PLTN MATERIAL RESEARCH APPLICATIONS. Creep testing for research related to the structural integrity of the Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) has a very important role. From the results of the creep test, the remaining component life and information related to the phenomenon of material degradation due to creep at high temperaturs can be calculated. The uncertainty factor in creep testing must be taken into account from each stage of testing both from the preparation stage to the completion of the test so that the results obtained have a high acceptance. The purpose of this study is to analyze several factors in the stages of the creep testing process that can affect the value of uncertainty in the test results. The methodology used is a qualitative analysis method based on the operating procedure of a creep test machine. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there were three (3) main factors of uncertainty in creep testing, namely tool factors in the form of instrument calibration tools and creep engine performance, human factors namely test machine operators and finally tested material factors which included sample selection and fabrication.
